Belgium

‘GOING LOCAL TO RESPOND TO EMPLOYMENT CHALLENGES

The project will be implemented by a working network between EVTA (European Vocation Training Association ) and national/regional training centres and bodies in 8 Member States (BE, DE, FR, IE, IT, NL, SE and UK). The project focuses on key priorities for the European Employment Strategy (EES): the adaptability of workers and enterprises, the improvement of flexibility and the provision of training and retraining. It aims at promoting benchmarking and at encouraging the use of methods and tools in to order to support local and regional policy makers in their decision-making processes as regard companies restructuring.

Bulgaria

‘OUT OF THE MARGINS SHARING STRATEGIES INTEGRATING WOMEN OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN THE LABOUR MARKET’

The aim of this project is to attract and retain more people in employment, with a particular focus on women belonging to ethnic minorities and especially Roma minority, The three partner countries in this project are Bulgaria, Italy and Romania.

‘MUTUAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR INCREASE OF HUMAN CAPITAL INVESTMENT’

The aim of the project is to further work on the implementation of Lifelong Learning strategies in Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania, based on the learning from the Danish example.
