Any information submitted by users of the MLP site is protected and held securely. GHK maintains strict security standards to prevent unauthorised access to it. Details such as e-mail addresses are not submitted to any third parties.
The MLP site collects three kinds of information from its users: feedback and queries (through forms and e-mails sent to the Secretariat); and site usage information (from server log files).
1. Feedback
The Secretariat welcomes feedback on any aspect of the website and users can contact us via . Messages are seen only by members of the Secretariat and will be dealt with as soon as they are received.
2. Site usage information
Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. This information is generated automatically by GHK’s Web server and is used to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Log files do not contain any personal information.
